Logic bug in [gkLogicController,gkLogicActuator]::_execute and minor cleanup. #150

Seems to me that the intended logic in these functions is not what was intented.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
trunk Linux/WinNt

Nice catch, it seems right to me also that the "=" should have been "==".
Patch applied in r857.
