[x] Make monotone (black, grey, white). I don't think color is necessary.
[x] Make correct sizes in mm and make font sizes appropriate.
[x] Move legend inside the axes.
[ ] ~~Make a subplot with two side-by-side panes.~~
[x] Remove the figure titles and move that information to the subcaption.

One remaining issue: the legend does not show the correct line type and I haven't figure that out yet.

I fussed with this a bit this morning was not able to figure it out. I tried adding color in the geom_smooth which does chant the line color, but the the legend disappears. It seems only if I use colors that are not gray scale would the legend show up at all. Maybe there should be a single data frame instead of two, so there is a single geom_smooth call.
