Find/make a parking spot for the bakfiets

The bakfiets is brand new and cost 3800 EUR so we'd like an indoor secure location for it. Could go in the basement but we current don't have space, some bikes would need to be remvoed first. We could hang it veritcally in the lab with the rear wheel on the ground if we come up with a nice hook for the front wheel. We could ask for more space somewhere in the building. Maybe there is a secure bike parking space somewhere that we could feel comfortable to lock it there.

• [ ] Label the bakfiets with the paint pen with the lab name and Jason's contact info.
• [ ] Record the serial number in our documentation.

After looking around the building, the best spot to park the cargo bike after the renovations are done is at the alley where the new outdoor exit will be of the bicycle lab. I have asked Tamas if its okay to have a permanent parking spot at the roofed part

I have had contact with Tamas and he said there is a possibility to park the cargo bike inside with the cars of CoR. I have send Andre van der Kraan an email if he agrees to that.

That sounds like a nice solution (at least till construction is done in the lab).

The BEP students just told me that they can lock the bakfiets in the big white bike cage in the back. Can you confer with them and see where they park it?

My phone broke today, so I have to get it repaired tomorrow, before I go on holiday on saturday. Tomorrow will be a bit tight for me.
