Description

Add 3D simulations of the bicycles using ThreeJS
Include an interface to specify the rider's parameters independently of the bicycle parameters
Add the human controller from https://github.com/moorepants/HumanControl along with several typical bicycle manuevers for simulation of stable and unstable bicycles
