Thoughts:
1) On site marketing (i.e. Festival or Prof Services Proposals)
2) SM promotion (i.e AR element of Festival Prop)
3) Push to steam and oculus store (currently ineffective with low user number)
4) Promote your own content in VR arcades like Jump into Light
5) Put on display at events like banquets, company quarterly meetings, etc.
all together! depends on what the objective is. I'd say you listed them in the order of most applicable. I'd add dev for webXR as a brilliant long term move - 5 years you'll be kind of your industry.
