Listen Server issue.. Next map not loads #19

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Start server
2. Everyone die
3. Casting of vote for next map and cast is completed
4. Next map not loads. It stays there. 

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?

EXPECTED OUTPUT:

With only one Player and he dies:
Survivors Alive = 0
Survivors Down = 1

INSTEAD I SEE:

With only one Player and he dies:
Survivors Alive = 1
Survivors Down = 0

Mouse player unmovable, zombies moving

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
rotu2.2.2.r198    patched to    rotu.2.2.2-patch1.r310

Windows 7 Ultimate x64
PC SPECS ARE GOOD ENOUGH :)

Please provide any additional information below.
Looks like problem with survivors down and survivors alive

fixed! Goto StartNewServer.cfg
Add rcon password :)
