Spending skill points does not work #4

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. B 1
2. Trying to spend skill points
3.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
To level up certain classes, instead the skill points decrease but 'classes' 
stay at the same level.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
2.2 win7 x64

This issue is fixed, was a fault on my part, sorry.
