can't install requirements.txt #5

hello,when I ran pip install -r requirements.txt there was an error show up and I can't do anything moreover (here is the screenshot) what could I do ? err

note: I ran it in anaconda

Hello, many thanks for your interests in our work. If you have installed anaconda, please try this "conda env create -f environment.yaml".

thanks for replying ,however, when I ran conda env create -f environment.yaml, there is an error showed up err2
