The R Shiny server is now capable of filtering data based on URL parameters. Let's make use of this and use Unity's OpenURL functionality to catapult our students straight into fancy graphs and visualizations. 📊 🌴

Needs to be tested against a real deployment before we merge.

Update: Added a commit which passes the tablename as subject URL parameter. It should launch students straight into the correct tab (synch, exercise or EDAIBISerial).
