LineToDraw to draw lines and TargetAssist to follow the cursor

Here is a starter to work on the target assistant / trajectory assistant,

There are two scripts :

• LineToDraw.cs used to construct gameObjects and give them the LineRenderer Component so it draw lines on the game.
• TargetAssist.cs
