UI: Add pattern field #61

The patterns are lacking a field in the UI to select them. A field dedicated to them (maybe on the main therapist panel ?) would be great. It could just be a dropdown to either select a pattern, either select "None" and play the base game.

This would tie in well with designing something for the anticipated "Treatment Plans", which are partially touched upon in the R Shiny mockup.
