implementation of data cpature with Rshiny/JS, able ton capture data of continuous measurement and data event(we still can't get the plotlyoutput ID).

Hi bilal, since this is a new repository, I will wait with providing code reviews and merge this for now. Later we can look into how to refactor your code and structure the repository (as proposed by issue #5 )
