Initial working implementation of TactilityManager #13

An (at some point in the last week) confirmed working implementation of amplitude modulation in response to pressure being applied by the user on the grabbable object (sphere). This represents the first - and in principle testable - version of the TactilityManager and the stimulator command interface stack.

I would still like to see a few of the issues resolved before merging into the main branch, which should be relied upon as stable at all times.
