[macOS] powered by, svg quality of medInria icon, splashscreen debug #1107

This PR:

switches PNG medInria icon to SVG to avoid pixellisation
add a "powered by medInria" as asked by @Florent2305
the splashscreen displays the loading text under the logo, to avoid being cut at the end
