Clean declaration and usage of the dataSetAttributes structure: #1142

This struct was declared differently in several files. Only the declaration in medSourceHandler for use in core and the declaration in medAbstractSource are kept.

Removed old implementations of get/set optionalAttributes and developed a new one. These methods are used to

retrieve optional metadata from the source and store it in the model
Display optional attributes in graphical elements
