[PolygonRoi] clear deactivating the tlbx #1196

If you open the polygonROI toolbox, add a data, draw something, then click on the button to deactivate the toolbox, the ROI is still displayed, even if you change the slice, even if you switch to another toolbox. This PR clears properly the toolbox/view if we deactivate it.
