[Synch] msc4.0.x to med3.4 #1230

Synchronization MUSICardio -> medInria with:

OK for Ubuntu 20, Ubuntu 22, Fedora 37, macOS 10.15.

On Windows, i have a compilation error that could be old and should be solved:

CPack: - Install project: MEDINRIA_PACKAGING [Release]
  Error copying file "zlib1.dll" to "C:/b/workspace/music-win-free/build/_CPack_Packages/win64/NSIS/medInria-3.4.0-x64/bin/zlib1.dll".
  CMake Error at C:/Program Files/CMake/share/cmake-3.26/Modules/BundleUtilities.cmake:1127 (message):
EXEC : error : verify_app failed [C:\b\workspace\music-win-free\build\package.vcxproj]

The Zlib error happens on my MUSICardio jenkins machine, but not on a fresh compilation on an other machine, so it seems to be only on our side. This PR is ok for medInria3.4 on every OS
