[documentation] wiki compilation enhancement

The boost downloading is not available anymore:

• https://github.com/medInria/medInria-public/wiki/en_win_Development-environment-setup to update (and fr)
• https://github.com/medInria/medInria-public/wiki/en_win_Boost to update (and fr)
• New version https://boostorg.jfrog.io/artifactory/main/release/1.76.0/source/boost_1_76_0.7z

The CMake links should be also updated, it's an old version

edit: it's not anymore possible to skip the account part https://github.com/medInria/medInria-public/wiki/fr_win_Qt

edit2: CMake does not find Qt except if we add "C:\Qt\5.12.11\msvc2017_64\bin" (for instance) to the PATH

I updated the documentation problems. I've got suggestions:

• remove the FR compilation documentations. medInria is in english, users which would like to compile from scratch medInria would know to read in english, and it's too complicated for now to keep all these documentation updated
• remove the mac and linux step by step compilation documentations and only keep https://github.com/medInria/medInria-public/wiki/A-Quick-Dev-Guide which is the only one updated
• beware, some links points to Florent repos
