Add a virtual WebDAV collection which contains all the calendars a user can see #5

It would be very helpful if there was a virtual WebDAV collection
containing all the calendars the login account can see, for example:

  https://www.google.com/calendar/dav/helge.hess@googlemail.com/calendars/

This could report subcollections like

    helge.hess@googlemail.com
    2838@googlemail.com
    2398@googlemail.com

etc.

I know that those would have different owners (the calendar specific
'principals'), but still it would be very good for calendar discovery via
WebDAV traversals (eg in Outlook, Evolution, Kontact).
