PROPFIND w/o content does not work #8

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. do a PROPFIND w/o any content (content-length: 0)

What is the expected output?

As per WebDAV RFC a PROPFIND w/o content shall behave like a query for
<allprop/>, that is, return all properties defined on the given depth/resource.

What do you see instead?

A HTTP status 404 (Not Found) is returned. Very confusing :-)
