It should be possible for a job to have the same Company Name and Job Title, as a company will likely hire multiple people for the same role, e.g. software engineers often work in a team. Since a job can only be vacant or filled, this makes it difficult for users if they need to hire multiple for the same role.

We can still assign multiple applicants to a single job posting, and mark it as filled only when the number of applicants that are required for that job posting has been filled.
