Hyperlinks in documents do not work #15

None of the hyperlinks in both the PDF UG and DG work. Tested in both Adobe Acrobat and Firefox. This is a bug as stated in the textbook.

The links not working will inconvenience the reader when using the documentation, but will not prevent them from using the documentation. Hence, severity should be medium and not high as the product is not almost unusable.
