UG gives wrong fields for markapplicant #7

Fields displays ID when index should be used instead.

Team's Response

The format, flags as well as command description correctly write index instead of ID. Furthermore, the applicants do not have an ID. They only have an index, hence it will probably be intuitive for them to use the index, instead of wondering where is the ID. Hence this issue should be of low severity as users will only spot the issue under the "fields" portion. Can be considered a typo. Our error message for the mark applicant command also states to use index.
