Sometimes there are bugs, crashes, down times, etc. People message us regularly to give them the roles... Even though they signed up and have a profile, no role is given to them as roles are only updated when the profile is updated.
There should be a command like.. /fixroles (although the Unix world's newgrp should also be supported 😉) which scans the user's roles and applies the ones they should have according to their profile.
Care should be taken so that some other manually applied roles are not wiped in the process.
