  1. Create role @serverupdates
  2. mention @serverupdates whenever a server goes down / up OR when a status message is detected on http://forums.elderscrollsonline.com/ 2.5 @serverupdates should only have the mentionable attribute when a change has been detected (to prevent users mentioning @serverupdates whenever)

solved with commit 3f18966d0ce23fec800b82f98c1d5993a1c654a5
