Request: "Backup Now" command on ListName-page menu #14

Halo.

Currently, "Backup Now" is available under the Settings.

Can we have it easily reached by having it in the menu of the ListName-page?

So, in the ListName-page menu, we will have "Settings" and "Backup Now".

Also, I think "Backup" and "Restore" are not part of the settings.
They are commands that work at the file level.
