Character encoding issue "Universidad Nacional de Córdoba (CONICET)" #1

On line 3 of data for annex H, the letters ó and í appear corrupted (this happens when text is wrongly converted from one character encoding to another). The text should read: "Universidad Nacional de Córdoba (CONICET), Instituto Multidisciplinario de Biología Vegetal".

This error may have occurred during the initial import of the data in Excel. If there is an option for the character encoding at this step, "UTF-8" should we selected (the default might be something like "ISO-8859-1").

@apoloniarakow, @monlafon Let me know if it makes sense.

As for the rest, is it ok? May we continue to work on the next folders to know how we can divide our work?
