fix: --enable-decoder=movtext #17

It's actually "movtext" & not "mov_text" as I looked in FFmpeg's ./configure --list-decoders.

The same appears to work on Android now.

Shall we get this over the line? I will publish updates to package:media_kitlibs(macos|ios)_(video|audio).

The H/W initialization bug seems a bit urgent to me.
