no carts detected #79

Hello,

I have this plugin installed and there are inactive carts available but they are never found when clicking on "find abandoned carts". Any idea on why it wouldn't work?

In case you haven't found it already, the plugin only grabs carts that have been inactive for 1 hour but no more than 12 hours.
