Error: Boot failed: could not read the boot disk #11

When I am accessing the VNC, I got this error

Boot failed: could not read the boot disk

during the installation of this script (mediabots_Ubuntu-to-Windows-with-QEMU), got this message

qemu-system-x86_64: -m 15854M invalid option`

` any solution, please?

did anyone find any workaround with this issue? i always ended up with no bootable device after running the script and details.txt
