Hi, I am using contabo VPS. What can I do if Virtualization is disabled?

Only hosting provider itself can enable/disable Virtualization (through BIOS) You can ask your hosting provider to enable Virtualization on your vps for you.

Otherwise you can use a vps from https://www.scaleway.com/en/pricing/ or droplets from https://www.digitalocean.com/pricing/

Even you can buy a cheap dedicated server from here : https://oneprovider.com/dedicated-servers/1gbps , prices start at $9 to $10
