Add tutorial for the Tate collection #9

This PR adds the tutorial for the Tate collection.

The tutorial was heavily inspired by the work already done for the Cooper Hewitt collection and the MOMA collection.

I tried to not get into the nitty gritty details of things that were already explained there and opted to link to the appropriate articles instead. Therefore, let me know if some particular aspect should be explained in more detail.
