Some networking fixes and enhancements:

Refactor the nat code into mc/nat
Implement auto IP detection for manual NAT [#43]
Refactor doLookup+Connect to doConnect; only do directory lookup for unknown peers.
Use the network context for all new connections
Log remote address on new incoming streams
