Travis CI setup #57

Pretty basic for now, but opening this in the hopes it will trigger a build :) Planning to add deploy / release setup soon

sure, sounds good. I didn't quite figure out how to cache the go dependencies, so builds will take a while. But I'm working on that in the "buildbot" repo I'm trying to set up, so I'll update this one when I figure it out :)
