Lets make it it really easy to get text search for data in your mediachain node.

What's the minimum work necessary to allow searching certain metadata fields?

Would be nice to expose the API as an HTTP server so someone can build a UI!

Usecase from cvan in slack: Wants to publish VR content assets to Mediachain and port images.mediachain.io as a text search engine.

This can take two forms:

ingest the docs into ES then ingest ES dump into concat, as we did with CC dataset
ingest directly into concat and have the indexer tail it
