WIP: separate translators #62

This removes translators into a separate https://github.com/mediachain/schema-translators repo (some also live in https://github.com/mediachain/mediachain-indexer/blob/master/mediachain/indexer/mc_normalize.py)

How these are versioned/referenced/loaded is still somewhat TBD
