PRs default to upstream base repo #44

This codebase is forked form the original developed by our Wayback Machine colleagues. At this point they are incompatible due to things like schema changes, but opening new PR's defaults the that repo as the base (rather than this repo's main). I just made a PR against that repo by accident yesterday. Is there any way to change that default? Or "unlink" from the original repo?

stackoverflow suggests that the right way, weirdly enough, is to go through github support. I'll get on that now.
