reconsider license #67

I see this is GPL3, while the majority of other other repos are APL2. Any reason that is the case? Open to changing to APL2 for consistency?

Nope, much prefer Apache v2.0 ... unless we're using GPL dependencies.

IIRC We determined that changing the license would be more trouble than it's worth, closing for now
