Fix to editing feeds parent source and create feeds error #626

Fix errors that prevented displaying, searching and changing a feeds parent source on the ModifyFeeds page.

Fix bug where couldn't not system enable feed on creation.

Noting that the Autocomplete should be made to be reusable.
