Can I use NPM to make Media CMS Secure ? #1030

I want to use NPM or however I can get an SSL Cert to work ?.

which Ports are used for MediaCMS (Not including 80 & 443). any other ports used because NPM requires a local ip and a port number.

What you mean by using npm for security ? Isn't NPM a node package manager ?
