Wish the description of this was a little longer so I knew if this is what I'm experiencing, but I think it is:

Basically, on a new installation, I have a user set up with a bunch of media uploaded, but if I navigate to "My playlists", it just shows a heading of "Created playlists" but nothing underneath and no options that I'm seeing to actually create a playlist.
