Describe the issue
If you embed a video and visit such a site as a guest, the video will not be displayed if third-party cookies are blocked (setting in the browser). Since I don't see cookies being set, which is desirable, I wonder why that is.
To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the issue:
Go to any page and embed a video
change Browser setting example Chrome (Block third-party cookies)
See not load Video
Environment (please complete the following information):
OS: Windows (Client)
Installation method: single server install (Ubuntu)
Browser: FireFox, Chrome, Edge. All Browser with same Settings
