The encoded files are not cleaned up after the source file is deleted. and old thumbnails will not be deleted after updating the thumbnails.

this was closed because the PR that references was merged. Can you update and test it actually?

On what OS have you seen this issue? I just tried using the last main branch on Ubuntu Linux and cannot confirm it, files are deleted
