🚧 Split routes into teams/:team_id for viewing and current_team/ for managing content [WIP] #43

Split routes, controllers, views and nav into the two (three in total) parts:

teams/team_id/... - only show and index actions to present published content
current_team/... - to manage content
admin/... - does already exists: the admin area
