Citing note deletes the note, but doesn't add it... #50

Hi!

So I tried to add the following citing note to Eskom emissions as a test case:

National GHG Inventory Report, South Africa, 2000-2020, Department of Forestry, Fisheries and the Environment, South Africa, 2022

But I kept getting the following message when I tried to save the note.

Oh sorry. That's a ui design issue that I need to fix. the save note button is used to add a note to a table item and the delete button inside a note is to remove the note from the table. The notes should be saved to to the table and the database when "UPDATE" is clicked. I'll work on improving the system and making the notes more intuitive this morning.

Hi Ciaran!

So when I view the CPI dataset in Data Desk, I can see when the note was added (even though when I edit the note it said I deleted it). When I look at the same data in Insights.theOutlier.co.za, the citing information appears as '[object Object],[object Object]'
