uploads folder missing #9

When generating new users through Application_Model_UsersMapper::addUser in UsersMapper.php I get an error that it can't find the upload folder and no user are installed.

Manually adding the folder 'uploads' to the root of ANTA fixes the issue.

When ANTA is completly up and running I will make a fork and add this missing folder...
