Parse data from Scopus #9

Currently the script works on ISI Web of Science data. It would be interesting to develop a parser for Scopus (http://www.scopus.com) as well

Just so you know: my own current version of the scripts include a Scopus parser. This issue will be fixed as soon as we merge our developments together!
