We have the usecase of a hypothese's post that was published by mistake and then unpublished. It is still published on the website even if unpublished or deleted on hypotheses (I guess it is because the fetching routine just create or update posts, but do not remove previous data).
For now the problem is handled by rm -rf the data on the server, then reloading it, but it would be nice to see that done automatically.
