New tab's homepage does not select Naviguer by default anymore #208

Well actually this is an intentional behavior, the button is only selected by default when the corpus is empty. Now that I know I guess this makes sense, but maybe this creates an inconsistency that can be disturbing to the users? not sure... what do you think @robindemourat ?

Let's leave it like this and rediscuss this maybe during new user-tests at the end of the scholar season
