[SIDEBAR / STACKS] Allow to easily close Filter menu #215

Currently if we click on the filter menu, the only way to close it is to select an option or reclick on the menu, it would be way more natural if it could be canceled by clicking anywhere else in the sidebar (at least if not in the browser) instead
